Jeannie Underwood-Kotner

Senior VP, Head of Global Atlantic Consulting

Jeannie’s financial services knowledge is built on 20 plus years of industry experience. She oversees the Advisor Practice Management consultant team to help financial advisors enhance and grow their business.

Prior to Global Atlantic, Jeannie was a regional vice president at Invesco/Van Kampen Investments. She also was an internal sales consultant with Van Kampen Investments and held various sales and marketing roles at Edward Jones and Northwestern Mutual Life. Her engaging style has made her a widely sought-after keynote speaker across North America. Throughout her career, Jeannie has delivered innovative, solution-driven strategies at top industry conferences, regional sales events and provided individual coaching for top advisor teams.

Julie Schneider

Senior VP, Head of Global Atlantic Consulting

As a Global Atlantic Consultant, Julie is experienced in delivering impactful and inspiring trainings, presentations, seminars and workshops. With more than 25 years in financial services, Julie brings a wealth of knowledge to her presentations, and she continuously keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices affecting financial services to keep her workshops fresh and current.

Prior to Global Atlantic, Julie started her financial services career in sales, having worked at both a general agency with Northwestern Mutual Life and a brokerage office with LPL.

Kirk L. Bowman

Vice President, Global Atlantic Consulting

Kirk has 20 years of experience in financial services and travels throughout the Western U.S. delivering impactful workshops at group meetings and special events for financial advisors.

Prior to Global Atlantic, Kirk was a business development consultant at Jackson National. He was also divisional sales manager at Stryker Corp and Wright Medical Technology.

Patrick Scanlon

Vice President, Global Atlantic Consulting

With 10 years of industry experience, Pat travels throughout the Northeast, helping advisors retain and increase their client base through innovative ideas and strategies.

Prior to joining Global Atlantic, Pat entered the financial services industry with an actuarial background and has since held positions as an external wholesaler and a long-term care product specialist. He’s worked for well-known financial companies including ING (Voya) and The Hartford.

Bill Sweeney

Program Director, Global Atlantic Consulting

Bill has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years and works with the Global Atlantic Consulting team to develop value-add content for to use with financial professionals.

Before joining Global Atlantic, Bill served as a senior marketing consultant for MassMutual Retirement Services and The Hartford. Prior those roles, Bill was also a communications director for Prudential Retirement.
