Inforce and new business
Upon activation of your firm on our new operational platforms, you’ll start to see seamless enhancements that will provide greater transparency throughout the new business process as well as tools and resources to support your business.
This website is your destination to manage your business, regardless of servicing platform. Once you have registered to create your new account, you will have access to both servicing dashboards as well as to forms, illustrations and Global Atlantic’s updated SnapApp, leveraging a new wizard experience.
IMPORTANT: Please register to create a new account by following these easy steps:
- Go to https://register.globalatlantic.com/registration/professionals
- Complete the required fields and provide the passcode sent to your mobile phone
- Check your email for a message titled “Continue Your Registration” and click the link provided in that message
- Follow the prompts to establish your username and password
- Proceed to Login
Once you’ve logged in, you will be guided to the Manage my Business menu where you can access service dashboards to manage your book, run illustrations or submit an eApplication through Global Atlantic’s Firelight instance.
- All existing inforce business (contracts beginning with 5, 6, 7, or 8), including the associated commission information, will remain on its current platform as you see it today.
- New business (contracts beginning with A, B, C, D or E) will be issued on the new platform. From the new servicing dashboard, you can view outstanding contract requirements in real time, upload documents to resolve Not In Good Order applications, access contract documents and correspondence, or download your commission statements.
- If you receive commission payments from Global Atlantic, they will now come to you from our new bank account. In addition, commission details will now be available to you exclusively online.*
Going forward, all new business forms must be accessed through this website using your new log-in credentials. If you have existing applications downloaded, make sure you use the new ones. This will ensure you have the correct documents to be in good order.

Dedicated service for licensing and onboarding
Our end-to-end Service department offers a dedicated team to service licensing, contracting and commission needs. Staffed by Global Atlantic service professionals, our exclusive licensing and contracting team handles your end-to-end servicing needs, from answering the call to creating the appointment with us.

Expanded product suite: Transition rules; NAIC training
We are excited to bring you new options and a more streamlined experience with the unification of our fixed index annuity product portfolio. We will be sunsetting the Choice FIA series (Choice Accumulation II and Choice Income II) as of close of business on October 14, 2022. Beginning October 17, these products will be replaced by our Fore FIA series (ForeAccumulation II and ForeIncome II). Additionally, we will be making changes to the Income 150+SE Fixed Annuity and SecureFore Fixed Annuity series.
As a result of these changes, NAIC training must be completed through RegEd (or through another approved online vendor) before you will be able to sell ForeIncome, ForeAccumulation and Income 150. The NAIC codes for this training are:
ForeAccumulation II and ForeIncome II: ALLFIA2
New - Income 150+SE: INC150
Financial professionals who have previously completed NAIC training for SecureFore will not be required to retake the training. The NAIC code will remain the same.

**Effective 10/17/2022 the old products will not be available on order entry. There may be instances where order entry tickets for old FIA products initiated prior to 10/17/2022 will be received during the transition period and these contracts can be established.
Note: For 1035 Exchange/Transfer business submitted on old product version, funds must be received within 90 days of the LOA issue date in order have access to this product. Exchanges/Transfers not completed within this window will be terminated and a new product application will be required.
