The VP of Distribution Strategy & Technology will work closely with the Head of Sales Strategy and Operations to transform Global Atlantic Distribution into a modern, data driven, and tech enabled sales organization. This person will support the rapid evolution of tech infrastructure and data needed to run Distribution and drive sales productivity. In addition, this person will be partnering with Marketing, Analytics and Technology organizations to execute on initiatives and improve workflow processes. This position can be based out of our Berwyn, Pennsylvania.  


  • The Distribution Strategy and Operations Department's core workflows include: Salesforce.com for 120 people, developing sales strategy with sales leadership, sales enablement technology, client segmentation & business analytics, collaboration with the marketing dept to develop messaging and journeys for each clients segment
  • Organize and coordinate workflows within the department and cross-department collaboration with sales, marketing, and IT.  Document workflows and drive projects and initiatives to completion
  • Own business analytics for the sales office.  Inclusive of Salesforce.com, data, and reporting for the Sales Office.  Represent the Distribution office on all things technology and data working closely with Global Atlantic’s Enterprise Level constituents
  • Deliver to Leadership the data and reporting necessary to make informed decisions, fuel Sales Enablement tech, and run the business
  • Assist in the development, construction, and execution of targeted marketing and communications for each client segment  
  • Improve Salesforce.com user functionality for approximately 120 salespeople and ensure data is consumed easily
  • Build relationships with Distribution leadership while becoming their go-to partner and thought leader when it comes to integrating technology and data into the sales process to create efficiency and uncover opportunities
  • Help drive the adoption of new technology and digital capabilities among the sales team to improve productivity and effectiveness 
  • Demonstrate a commercial mind-set with the ability to think critically and determine how to position data, insights, and technology to advance engagement
  • Curate the capabilities available in our current technologies and solutions as well as participate in the development of new capabilities and features  
  • Leverage data and data science to identify commercial opportunities and feed that data into technology tools, making it actionable
  • Leverage new and current technologies to enable the sales team to follow a more systematic and standardized process
  • Lead and deliver against sales technology and enablement initiatives that produce commercial benefit to revenue and sales skills
  • Identify pain points and formulate solutions across technologies, processes, and products 
  • Partner with the Sales Development team on designing and executing technology adoption and training initiatives 
  • Work with others on the Distribution Strategy and Operations Team to execute on strategy, tech transformation, projects, and initiatives – including Sales Enablement Tech
  • Manage and develop team analyst by providing technical guidance and mentoring 


  • BS/BA required  
  • 3 years Salesforce.com experience 
  • 5+ years of technology and data experience  
  • Very strong Excel skills required, Tableau reporting experience preferred 
  • Financial Services and Sales experience preferred  
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with a successful track record of influencing others and leading matrix teams 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and highly visible strategic initiatives 


Various jurisdictions have passed pay transparency laws that require companies provide salary ranges for any positions for which they are accepting applications. Global Atlantic has offices in Atlanta, Batesville, Bermuda, Boston, Des Moines, Hartford, Indianapolis, and New York City. The base salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office. 

Global Atlantic’s base salary range is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives.  Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Compensation for our more senior positions have a larger component of short-term cash bonus and long-term incentives. The base salary range for this role is $127,484 to $242,827.
