Specifically, we are hiring New Business Resolution Specialists, Call Center Representatives, and Licensing and Contracting Specialists. Our teams are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. New Business Resolution Specialists Responsibilities Include: 

  • Receive and review applications that are missing information, i.e.: forms, signatures, and contract requirements prior to calling customer contacts.
  • Conduct regular follow ups with Financial Professionals or back office support staff on all outstanding requirements within published timeframes.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to ensure that application issues are resolved in a timely manner so that the contract is issued within specified timeframes.
  • Maintain internal databases and systems to thoroughly document work activity and ongoing communication on assigned cases.
  • Consult with team supervisor and /or internal teams to resolve problems and facilitate accommodation requests.
  • Develop professional and dependable working relationships with our key accounts and customers.
  • Review documents for accuracy and identify all pending requirements to eliminate multiple call outs to Financial Professionals.
  • Accurately input application data in multiple databases for tracking.
  • Meet goals and deadlines for follow ups on assigned contracts and department standards for quality and productivity.
  • Provide consistent high level of customer service to both internal departments and outside customer; financial advisors, their assistants, and back office personnel.
  • Remain current on changes and updates for products, processes, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Responsible for reporting to work at the start of scheduled shift and have the ability to work shifts that include late evening work shifts. 
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include

  • Has a passion to deliver outstanding customer service demonstrating a client centric, problem-solving approach on inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provides ideas and feedback on how to consistently improve and enhance the customer experience.
  • Receives and resolves telephone inquiries varying from simple to in-depth and complex questions from Financial Professionals 
  • Identifies, communicates, and proactively works to solve problems or issues with an eye toward first call resolution
  • Focuses on Global Atlantic's long-term success by building strong (internal and external) relationships.
  • Accurately and professionally answers questions from Financial Professionals regarding all Global Atlantic products and features.
  • Understands or is eager to learn insurance products, procedures, and system capabilities.
  • Thoroughly documents telephone conversations and written communication into a computer database or tracking system.
  • Investigates Financial Professional request or complaints utilizing all available resources to provide resolution within established administrative and compliance guidelines.
  • Knowledgeable in using reporting tools and using good judgment when supplying reports to external customer while ensuring no breach in privacy.
  • Responsible for reporting to work at the start of scheduled shift and must be comfortable with having all calls recorded for quality assurance.
  • Ability to work an 8 hour shift that ranges from 8:00 AM to 7 PM ET
  • Participation in team meetings and other cross functional groups is expected.

Licensing and Contracting Specialist Responsibilities Include:

  • Onboard new Marketing Organizations, Agents, and Agencies to sell Global Atlantic products in a high-volume environment with accuracy
  • Utilize a checklist approach to ensure all required credentials are in good order
  • Order and interpret background investigations appropriately
  • Validate critical compliance regulations are fulfilled correctly
  • Follow a detailed state matrix to validate appropriate state training requirements are completed
  • Maintain multiple systems and thoroughly document work activity and ongoing communication on assigned tasks
  • Calculate and verify commission accurately
  • Answer a high-volume of emails and calls to resolve contractual and commission inquiries
  • Develop professional and dependable working relationships across the organization and with external customers
  • Assist in swift escalation resolution
  • Identify and escalate trends, issues, and make recommendations for change
  • Provide timely responses and accurate information on inquiries, detailed statuses, and reporting
  • Support time-sensitive research initiatives and projects
  • Remain current on changes and updates for processes and operational procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and expectations
  • Meet quality and productivity goals and deadlines for department standards
  • Mentor, train, and provide on the job training support to new team members
  • Responsible for adhering to all company guidelines and policies
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • High School degree required.  College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years work experience.  Knowledge of annuities and life insurance is a plus
  • Customer Service or Contact Center experience is preferred
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability and willingness to support team in accomplishing team goals
  • Self-starter with outstanding attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to be flexible as business priorities shift and change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, concepts, procedures, and apply knowledge
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to work simultaneously in multiple systems with dual monitors
