Global Atlantic Financial Group has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic individual interested in continued career growth to join our team as a VP, Global Atlantic Consultant. This role is responsible for acting as a strategic consultant for Financial Professionals to enhance and grow their business. This position delivers value add/practice management programs and SuperCE at Wholesaler planned/COI group events as well as Strategic Partners Group (also known as National Accounts) meetings like client National Sales Conferences and Regional Events. Along with these stage speaking responsibilities, this position will engage in one on one coaching/consulting sessions with Financial Professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize and deliver impactful and meaningful presentations at wholesaler group meetings, client national sales conferences, and COI events
  • Deliver SuperCE sessions upon wholesaling team requests
  • Coach/Consult individual financial professionals on implementing practice management concepts they learn from attending one of our workshops or are a referral from a wholesaling team or IMO representative
  • Managing a “student of the business” mindset by reading 1-2 hours a day on relevant industry topics
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments, trends and best practices affecting the financial professional community, and sources of experts and research
  • Aid in the development of value add/practice management presentations, supporting collateral and potential videos
  • Drive internal awareness on Global Atlantic Consulting content and concepts to the wholesaler teams, IMO team, and Strategic Partners Group through Divisional conference calls, IMO sales team calls, SPG conference calls, Allego Videos, Chatter posts, and any other relevant means of communication
  • Drive external awareness with LinkedIn posts, joint follow-up initiatives with the wholesaling teams and SPG, and any other relevant means of communication
  • Build solid cross functional relationships across other business units and throughout the company where appropriate
  • Analyze the speaking opportunities and be strategic with travel to align with sales and account initiatives; devote more time to support the wholesalers, SPG accounts, and IMO accounts where the company goals are more easily attained



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational experience preferred
  • 5-7 years of financial services sales experience, advisor and/or prior coaching experience preferred
  • Demonstrated dynamic public speaking skills with the ability to deliver effective presentations
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Proficiency in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement plans, relationship management
  • Responsible, conscientious, and self-motivated
  • Be flexible with the ability to accept, create, and manage change
  • Have Series 6, 7, 63, and life exam successfully completed
  • Potential to travel 50-75% of time (Nationally)
  • Work remotely – Any location across the US
