The position is open to entry level candidates from any field of study and is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience. The Analyst will join our Boston Office on the Human Resources team, focused on HR analytics and compensation.
Key responsibilities include:
Undergraduate degree, preferably in an analytic field
Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills and attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High energy with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
Outstanding academic record and high level of personal integrity
Flexible and creative; comfortable managing multiple work streams and projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Energetic and inquisitive with an interest in taking on projects that cover new ground for the team and the company
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Python a plus
