Our Multicultural Consultant will actively participate in the development and implementation of Global Atlantic’s domestic multicultural initiative focused on the sale of life insurance and annuities in the domestic Hispanic and/or Asian Indian markets.  This high exposure opportunity requires an understanding of the Hispanic and/or Asian Indian communities, including broad goals and objectives for financial planning.   The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and ambitious. 

 Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Prepare and execute a strategy for the sale of life insurance and annuities to the Hispanic and/or Asian Indian communities
  • Draft content and coordinate with Marketing on the development of marketing material, including documents, video, social media, webpage, etc. related to the multicultural initiative
  • Manage the translation of various materials (as applicable)
  • Build relationships with key insurance producers/financial advisors, as well as key back-office professionals, including travel for in person meetings
  • Train and present at both internal and external events


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Cultural competency and understanding of the broad goals and objectives of the domestic Hispanic and/or Asian Indian communities
  • 5+ years of experience in the life insurance or annuity industry, or related financial industry. Life insurance and annuity product and industry knowledge, including the sales, marketing and operations aspects of our business is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish, Hindi or Gujarati preferred
  • Pre-existing relationships with insurance producers and financial advisors within the Hispanic or Asian Indian communities are a plus
  • Limited travel
  • Ability to build relationship with insurance producers and financial advisors
  • Precision and professionalism in written and oral communications
  • Superior PowerPoint skills
  • Possess organizational skills and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly learn product lines, procedures, and workflows

  • Atlanta: Packaged Good Organization, which helps the most vulnerable community members with providing personalized care packages for people in need including the elderly, our armed forces, the homeless and hospitalized kids
  • Bermuda: Sponsor of a weekly feeding program operated by The Hamilton Seventh-Day Adventist Church
