As an IAM Senior Analyst you are experienced in Identity and Access Management concepts and can drive standardization in IAM Service Delivery across the organization. As a member of the IAM team, your role will include ensuring users are correctly provisioned, transferred, deprovisioned in accordance with our IT general controls. Growing and enhancing automation will be a driving factor in the success of this role along with all other duties assigned. An appetite for continuous learning and process improvement for security is key.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Process all life cycle events for an employee in the organization. new hires, changes, and leavers.
  • Execute daily, weekly checks to ensure access is terminated for exited workers.
  • Assist other team members in performing quarterly access recertifications.
  • Liaise with Service Desk team members and assist as and when required.
  • Perform ticket management and assist the IAM Engineers with completing day-to-day management and administration of access controls, implementing security for enterprise applications.
  • Working closely with and act as a process SME to partnering organizations, such as Infrastructure, Internal Audit, Security & Risk, Security Operations, and Enterprise Applications teams.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives in support of IAM, operations, and audit when called upon.
  • Responsible for documenting process/technical difficulties and looking for opportunities for improvement.
  • File and maintain documentation for future audits and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends in the development of industry Identity Access Management and Cyber Security controls.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Security Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience with IAM and Active Directory
  • Thorough understanding of Identity Access Management fundamental concepts, such as:
    • Least Privilege
    • Privileged Access
    • Roles and Data mining
    • Segregation of Duty (SOD)
    • Role Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Must have proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with working with remote teams
  • Working knowledge of the following strongly encouraged:
    • SailPoint
    • Microsoft Active Directory
    • Azure Active Directory
    • Single sign on
    • Directory federation
    • SAML
    • Multifactor authentication
    • ServiceNow Platform (or equivalent ticketing system)
