We are seeking a Practice Management-Program Director that has experience identifying practice management/industry trends and topics to develop fresh and timely content. This position reports to the head of Global Atlantic Consulting and will focus on creating repeatable, impactful, and engaging content that helps Financial Professionals enhance their business, elevate Global Atlantic’s reputation as a true business partner, and ultimately help drive more sales.


Content Development

  • Keep abreast of industry topics and trends to help generate new content including but not limited to stage presentations, presentation collateral, mini presentations, one page practice management ideas, blogs, podcasts, and commissioned white papers.
  • Partner with research vendors
  • Enhance and own the look, feel, and flow of all GA-C presentations
    • Build enhanced presentation assets using the Adobe Suite
    • Design new infographics
    • Explore sophisticated animations
    • Collaborate with Marketing to maintain consistent brand design
  • Facilitate the team’s strategic/creative sessions both in person and virtually to visually collect and sort ideas
  • Maintain an aggressive production schedule to continue to build out content
  • Work with Compliance on content approvals

Manage the GA-C Virtual Presence (Virtual/Technology Concierge Service)

  • Explore new ways to maximize virtual presentations including incorporating interactive surveys, enhancing the user experience, etc.
  • Work with the team to create a structured process for GA-C virtual events to maximize success (invite creation, pre-event promo, post event follow-up plan)
  • Designated Team Captain for the launch of ON24 and Zoom Technology

Measure Effectiveness and Continuously Improve

  • Measure workshops with follow-up surveys, webcast attendance, etc.
  • Audit presenters to assess where improvements need to be made to presentations
  • Review existing presentations to see what can be done to improve them and enhance the collateral offering
  • Review and harmonize all content for consistency
  • Partner with the Sales Technology & Analytics team to further the reach of Practice Consulting



  • College degree in Communications or related field strongly preferred
  • 10 plus years of Financial Services experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Responsible, conscientious, and self-motivated
  • Positive, flexible attitude
  • Strong PC Skills – Adobe Suite, Powerpoint, Word, Excel required
  • Strong virtual technology skills
  • Ability to work across departments (Sales, Marketing, and SPG)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong sense of curiosity to investigate, research and comprehend new data and technology
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity and accountability
