Position Overview

This position will work closely with technology teams to identify, architect and implement solutions to enhance the Identity Access Management environment at Global Atlantic. This individual will work with management and business users to design security based on best practices and industry standards, and will help ensure that all applicable security requirements are regularly met.

Responsibilities 

  • IAM Skillsets : Sailpoint, Active Directory, ADFS
  • Thycotic Secret Server
  • Scripting experience for automation – ie. Powershell
  • Azure Active Directory, AWS Cloud Services
  • Certificate Management
  • Data Security - like experience with Varonis.
  • Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering
  • Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies and methods
  • Experience designing secure networks, systems and application architectures
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies and methods
  • Experience planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures
  • Professional experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications
  • Ability to communicate network security issues to peers and management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of current IAM & Directory technologies with an interest in emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of information security concepts, networking, and operating system fundamentals.
  • General understanding of LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and Windows Server 2008/2012.
  • Understanding of the latest concepts in secure Active Directory design, and current features of 2012 and upcoming server platform.
  • Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle, SSO, & authentication models.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to engage in multiple projects & activities simultaneously while managing priorities.
  • Change focused: Actively seeks out process improvements to drive positive change with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies & processes quickly.
  • Working knowledge of with Identity & Directory platforms and authentication technologies such as SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, Sailpoint IdentityNow, Microsoft Active Directory.
