In July 2020, KKR & Co. signed a strategic transaction to acquire Global Atlantic.  The transaction is expected to close in early 2021, subject to required regulatory approvals and certain other customary closing condition


  • Responsible for the Mainframe/Production print process and delivery
  • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot technology problems
  • Strong Communication skills, both with internal and external customers and vendors
  • Working closely with multiple lines of business, and understanding specific processes
  • Daily imaging/scanning of new business, service, and agency materials into digital document management system
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work independently
  • Dependable and responsible for their own tasks
  • Responsibility for documenting and maintaining the knowledge of processes
  • Look for ways to improve existing processes through barrier identification and solution-oriented activities
  • Ensure all standards are documented and met on a regular basis
  • Provide backup assistance in other functions of the team (i.e. Mailroom processing, retention processes and quality processes)
  • Responsible for gathering and reporting daily data to managers based on work being completed
  • Required to follow and track specific information related to SOX Compliance guidelines
  • Accurately inputs archived records into records management system and prepares for offsite delivery.
  • Maintains new scanned files as issued for temporary storage during imaging quality checks.

Requirements and Competencies

  • HS diploma, previous office/administrative experience a plus
  • Proven ability to grasp new ideas, concepts, and procedures
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills required
  • Strong PC and Software skills, especially Microsoft Office products
  • Previous document imaging experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude and composure in dealing with difficult situations
  • Ability to be flexible and prioritize activities
  • Demonstrated flexibility with schedules
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Administrative skill to scan numbers and rapidly notice likenesses and differences
  • Comfort in working in-office, as job duties are all on-site in the Batesville office
  • The employee may occasionally be required to lift or move up to 30 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally work near moving mechanical equipment or parts.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high
