Global Atlantic offers a highly competitive and enriching summer internship experience. Our internship program starts on Monday, June 3rd and concludes on Friday, August 9th. This is a 10-week program. Our internship program is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely) and front office positions in NY are 4 days in the office.

The Risk and Investments IT Business Systems Developer Intern will perform business analysis, development and testing to deliver software applications, services, interfaces, ELT processes, reporting and other workflow and management initiatives. The role will work closing with business and IT teams to help define, design and build business enhancing software. The role will gain exposure to the modern SDLC principles, test driven development and source code reviews and change control standards in order to maintain compliance with policies. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong will to enhance their technical ability, excellent communication and collaboration skills including the ability to develop and troubleshoot a diverse range of problems.

Global Atlantic’s Intern Salary is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. The Intern Salary is based on yearly compensation and will be paid for 10 weeks during the program. Intern Salary is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for interns. Other rewards may include an intern cash stipend, employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions, and branded gifts. The Intern Salary for this role is $90,000.
