Position Overview

(Operations/Human Resources) The Corporate Services and Real Estate intern will join our Corporate Services and Real Estate team to contribute to office real estate projects, analyze cost and people data, and build relationships with the employee population across all offices and departments. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain communication with vendors
  • Facilitate change management initiatives by providing support to employees as needed
  • Work with teammates both based in Boston and in other office locations
  • Show leadership, initiative, and creativity in team settings
  • Coordinate real estate project logistics
  • Complete research and present findings on how peer companies are adapting to changing work environments
  • Compile and analyze data to help drive decisions for our team
  • Remain flexible to pursue opportunities and support additional items as needed

Qualifications

  • Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related major; May 2023 graduates preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, work ethic, and high level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to expand skillset throughout the summer
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, or other data visualization software preferred
