This position will be a part of our Accounting & Finance Internship Rotation for 10 weeks based out of our Boston office, although it is most likely going to be remote this summer. 

Interactions include working with the Planning & Analysis, Actuarial, Tax, Legal and Compliance teams.  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily and weekly data refreshes in Essbase
  • Weekly draft and update team scoreboard
  • Maintain year end actuarial deliverables calendar
  • Blue book filing:
    • Check prior year
    • Review / proofread entire document
    • Prepare / enter schedules as needed
  • Foot / Crossfoot Notes, Annual Statements, Audits
  • Upload entries
  • Input data and perform consistency checks in stat analysis deck
  • Refresh Flux reports
  • Other projects as needed
  • Administrative tasks as needed
  • Excel analyses and ad hoc tasks as needed



  • Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
  • Graduating with Bachelor's degree in 2022
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from research and report on findings
  • Strong communication skills, work ethic and high level of personal integrity and accountability
  • Experience with Excel, PeopleSoft General Ledger, Business Object Enterprise, Hyperion Financial Management and Essbase preferred
